Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

They are now seeking an Internal Sales / Telemarketing Representative to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating leads, building customer relationships, and helping expand their market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

As an Internal Sales / Telemarketing Representative, you will be reporting to a New Zealand based manager. You’ll be at the frontline of connecting with potential customers and creating opportunities that directly contribute to our client’s business growth. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

        Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our client’s products and services.

        Qualifying leads against set criteria and handing over quality opportunities to the New Business team.

        Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.

        Scheduling appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Managers.

        Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

        Tracking call activity, lead progress, and pipeline outcomes in CRM.

        Providing feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.

What You’ll Bring

 

        Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.

        Familiarity with CRM systems.

        Background in hydraulics, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.

        Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our client’s products and services.

        Qualifying leads against set criteria and handing over quality opportunities to the New Business team.

        Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.

        Scheduling appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Managers.

        Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

        Tracking call activity, lead progress, and pipeline outcomes in CRM.
